Olympic National Park : Olympic National Park is HUGE. It's comprised of three distinct parts: The Olympic Mountains, the temperate rainforest (Hoh Rain Forest), and the coast. The latter two are mostly accessible year round (although access to the rain-forest may be temporarily cut off due to floods or mudslides during the fall and winter). I haven't explored the rain forest or the mountains that much, but I've been to the beaches several times (often on day trips to catch the sunset).

North Cascades : Shots from the North Cascades, including Mt. Shuksan and Mt. Baker (highway 542) and other peaks along highway 20. The hiking season in this part of the state is extremely short (there was less than two weeks between peak fall color and highway 542 closing due to snow).

Utah : I was in Zion for three nights, long enough to do the Subway and Virgin Narrows hikes which are both amazing. The Subway has a big payoff at the end, with two awesome waterfalls and then the slot canyon itself, the Virgin Narrows is fun the whole way. We had great light for the Subway, but unfortunately it was overcast for the Virgin Narrows hike so we didn't get the awesome light reflecting off the canyon walls. We also lucked out with some great light of Watchman Peak at sunset. Zion is my favorite of all the parks I visited in the southwest, and hopefully I'll be able to return soon.
